The Story So Far.

You have worked hard for and looked forward to your well deserved holiday. You count down the days and think of all the things you will be able to do. Swimming, sunbathing, making new friends, dancing the night away and taking things easy. One or two weeks away from work and all the pressure and hassle of everyday life. The brochure said it was a lovely hotel, pleasantly situated with a lovely pool and only 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach. The beach was ideal for children to play on after they had finished in the Kiddies Club.

When You Arrive It�s A Different Story!

The hotel is dirty and unclean, it overlooks derelict houses and the pool is not open. The beach is over 1O minutes walk away and consists of large pebbles and shingle. The good news is the Kiddies Club Is Open , the bad news is the person running it only speaks French. You complain and complain and it gets you nowhere. The rep listens but says there is nothing she can do to help you. You feel as though all you want to do is catch the next flight home, this can�t be happening to you, you have looked forward to this holiday for months.

You ask to see the resort manager, he can sort this mess out. "Oh! I�m sorry the resort manager has been called to a problem in another resort but I will try and contact him and tell him of your disappointment" Disappointment! Disappointment is a word you use when your football team gets knocked out of the cup or when the bride fails to turn up at the church. Pure Anger and Frustration and the urge to throttle whoever is responsible for this mess would best sum up your feelings.
